The Cel Shaders used in Rage Rooster are provided here for free, no attribution required. It's the accumulated knowledge of Unity's Shader Graph over the span of half a year! It's still in development, so please check back for updated releases with new and updated features.

The shader is organized to the best of my current ability with categories and comments, there is still some spaghetti. Forgive my spaghetti.
